How do I reserve a property? You may reserve your property immediately on our website online. If you have a question about the property before making a reservation, please send
us an email or call 601-906-3889 for assistance. Upon making your reservation, we require a deposit of 50% of the total cost of your reservation. The balance is due 45 days prior to your arrival.
What method of payment is accepted? We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover credit or debit cards. We also accept cash, personal checks, bank money orders and e-checks.
What is your cancellation policy? Please contact our office as soon as possible if you must cancel or change your reservation. If you cancel your reservation more than 45 days
prior to the arrival date, you will receive a refund of all monies paid less a $250 cancellation fee. If you cancel your reservation within 45 days of the arrival date, you will lose all monies paid unless you have purchased Traveler’s Insurance. (See below
information regarding Traveler’s Insurance). You must send a written notice of cancellation to Beach Blue Properties, LLC.
Do you offer traveler’s insurance? Travel Protection Insurance is available through CSA Travel Protection. The cost of the plan is 6.9% of the total rental cost. The plan is optional,
however, we strongly recommend it. In the case of an unforeseen event affecting your vacation, this insurance will help protect your vacation investment. For questions concerning CSA Travel Protection and the terms and conditions, please visit their website

What time can we check in on our arrival date? Check in time is 4:00 pm on your arrival date, and check out time is 10:00 am on your departure date. Most of our properties have
electronic door locks that are programmed to coincide with check in and check out times. The door key code will not work prior to 4:00 pm on your arrival date nor after 10:00 am on your departure date. No early check ins or late check outs are available.
On rare occasions during peak rental season, a rental property may not be ready until 5:00 pm.
Do you require a damage deposit? We do not require a damage deposit for your rental. A non-refundable damage insurance fee ($49+) is included in the total rental cost. The damage
insurance fee will cover reimbursement for non-intentional damages to the property up to $1500. You will receive the terms and conditions associated with damage coverage upon making your reservation.
Are beach chairs and umbrellas available? Beach chairs and umbrellas are not provided with the property. You are welcome to bring your own or rent them on the beach where available.
Sandestin Resort, Silver Shells Resort, Seascape Resort, The Crescent, Dunes of Seagrove, Hidden Dunes and Sandpiper Cove usually have beach chairs and umbrellas available for rent during peak rental season.
Is WiFi and Cable Television available? All of our properties offer WiFi and cable television.
Is parking provided for more than one automobile? Plenty of parking is available at most properties. Please contact us if you are bringing more than two automobiles.
Are linens provided, and what do I need to plan to bring? Linens are provided for bathrooms, kitchen and bedrooms. We provide one bath towel per guest according to the number of
guests the unit will accommodate. If you need more bath towels, please bring them. You must bring beach towels. You are not allowed to take our towels or sheets to the beach.
A starter supply of bathroom tissue, bath soap, shampoo, paper towels, dishwasher detergent and trashcan liners is provided. Please plan to bring a supply of laundry detergent, dish liquid, dishwasher detergent, bathroom supplies, extra trashcan liners, paper
towels, salt and pepper, and dinner napkins.
Who do I call if there is an issue with the property after arrival? Beach Blue will send a representative to your property to help with an issue if needed. The name and telephone
number of your representative will be included with your check in information.
Is there an outdoor grill available? If an outdoor grill is available, the property listing will say so. Please note that we do not guarantee the presence of a grill, nor do we
guarantee the condition of the grill. Our housekeeping staff does not clean outdoor grills.
How do I check in? If you are staying at Sandestin Resort, Seascape Resort, Silver Shells Resort or Sandpiper Cove, the security attendant will be notified of your arrival. You
will be issued a parking pass as you drive through the security entrance. Multiple parking passes are allowed for each rental. Proceed to the property and use the door key code to access the property.
FOR SANDESTIN RESORT GUESTS:
Which swimming pool am I allowed to use at Sandestin Resort? Guests of Sandestin are allowed to use the swimming pool in the neighborhood where the property is located. Guests of
Sandestin properties that do not offer a neighborhood swimming pool are allowed to use the two SOA swimming pools
located at Audubon Drive and at the corner of Blue Heron Drive and Baytowne Avenue.
How do I get to the beach? Access to the Sandestin Resort beach is located adjacent to the Sandestin Hilton. Please park in the large parking lot in front of the Elephant Walk
Resturant, and follow the boardwalk down to the beach.
Golf cart parking and bicycle parking is also available at the beach parking lot.
Can I ride the tram? Yes, most of our Sandestin properties offer use of the tram. Please review the advertisement for the property you are interested in to confirm tram use. The tram provides round trip
service from most Sandestin neighborhoods to the beach entrance and the Baytowne Wharf.
Where do I get the golf cart? If you have rented a property that includes a golf cart, the cart will be parked in the parking area of the property. The golf cart key will be located
inside the unit. Instructions for using the cart, charging the cart, rules and regulations, etc. will be sent with your check in information.
*A note regarding golf cart usage at Sandestin Resort:
The use of golf carts for transportation around the resort is allowed by owners and guests of owners (including guests renting property), however, all golf carts on the resort must be owned, registered, and insured by a property owner at Sandestin Resort.
All carts must be inspected and properly registered through the Sandestin Owners Association. The rental of golf carts is not allowed, however, the use of golf carts may be included with the rental of property. Beach
Blue offers several properties that include the use of a golf cart – all are offered within the parameters allowed by Sandestin Resort.
How do I set up a golf tee time at Sandestin Resort? There are three golf courses at Sandestin Resort that are available to the public - The Links Golf Course, Baytowne Golf Course
and The Raven Golf Course. Please call 850-367-8000 and ask for golf course information.
Is the Fitness Center and the Tennis Center at Sandestin available with the rental? Yes. The Tennis Center and the Fitness Center are available to all guests
on a “pay as you go” basis. There is a session fee. Please call 850-367-8000 for information.
Can I rent bicycles? For bicycle rentals, we recommend Bikes R Us (850) 837-6947. They offer competitive rates, and will deliver and pick up your bicycle rentals.
